It is our pleasure to welcome you to Haaga-Helia International Staff Week 2019. We want to invite your administrative staff to Finland 6 – 9 May 2019.

The participants have an excellent possibility to get to know Haaga-Helia in depth. What is more, they also get an insight into Finnish culture and education. We would also like to raise ”Diversity – threat or opportunity?” as the main topic for discussion.
The programme is designed to offer a possibility to network with professionals from Haaga-Helia and our partner universities. We welcome all administrative staff members: Student Affairs and Admissions, Marketing and Communications, International Services, Library, Career&Recruitment&Alumni Services, Human Resources, Research&Development&Innovation, etc. The staff week is a good possibility for your personnel selected to Erasmus+ Staff Exchange in 2018-2019 but we heartily welcome also staff members from our non-Erasmus partner institutions.

The registration period will be 7 - 31 January 2019. We’d appreciate if you’ll try to restrict the number of registrations to 1-2 persons per university.

We would like to inform you that the International Relations Office of the University of Zadar is pleased to invite you to the Staff Training Week that will be held from 27 – 31 May 2019 in Zadar.

Since we have had successful staff training weeks in the past years, we would like to organise the fifth Staff Training Week with the aim of sharing knowledge and new ideas through discussions and exchange of good practices. This year we are especially interested in the participation of colleagues with experience in the quality management of partnerships in Erasmus+ KA107 programme. Our colleagues willing to share their examples of good practices in the field of security of exchange students/staff and Erasmus+ with less paper work, are welcome as well. Through a combination of presentations and discussions, the week’s programme will provide opportunities for developing our knowledge and understanding of important issues related to mobility management. Besides, it would be a great opportunity to strengthen existing relations and to meet potential partners.
We are looking for active participants willing to share innovative ideas and best practices from their home universities. As places are limited to 25 people, the participants will be selected on the basis of geographical diversity and fields of interest. Participation will be limited to two people per institution. The language of training is English. Please note that participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses through the Erasmus+ or other funds.

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 5th International Week “Celebrating 85th Anniversary and 20 Years of Participation in ERASMUS” of the Lithuanian Sports University which will take place on 8–12 April 2019 in Kaunas, Lithuania.

In 2019 Lithuanian Sports University will be celebrating its 85th Anniversary which coincides with another important milestone for the LSU – 20 years of participation in the Erasmus Programme. We invite our old friends and new partners to take part in the 5th International Week and celebrate these two memorable occasions together with us.
We invite the academic staff from our partner universities to come to the Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) to share their knowledge, expertise and innovative ideas through lectures, seminars and/or practical sessions. The International Week is a part of the LSU “Internationalisation at home” policy to bring an international dimension to our undergraduate and graduate students by welcoming highly competent scholars, teachers and practitioners from our partner institutions (see the invitation attached).
All participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses from the Erasmus staff mobility for teaching grant or other funds.
