On behalf of Ministry of Education, China (MOE), and Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC), We have the honor and pleasure to invite your university's athletes to participate at the 3rd China-CEEC University Winter Sports Carnival. It will be held in Harbin, China from December 8th to 14th, 2019.
We are very pleased that your university(Association / Sports Club) can participate competition which is for China, Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) and to show the bravery and skill of all the athletes.
Please check the attachment for the general imformaiton of the competiton and fill out the application form. Please submit the application form before 20th August, 2019.
